Local Commitment - Not Special Interests

With 20 years in education, including a decade as a classroom teacher at both the high school and university levels, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact a school board can have on school culture, student outcomes, and community trust. I’ve seen boards uplift and empower their schools, but I’ve also seen them undermined by political agendas, national PACs, and special interests that put ideology over education. That cannot happen in Frisco ISD.

I am guided my facts and progress, not partisanship or ideology. I am not accepting donations or endorsements form any person or group that is primary focus is partisanship, or am I attending any events that require a vetting or litmus test to be invited. 

School Board Governance is about the students, parents, and educators - not partisan ideology. We serve everyone and everyone is welcome.
